MY LOVELY STRINGBASS

i went to NHK hall to see NHK SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA on August 1st 2010, NSO hot concert for young. you know i love rock music and i also love classical music. moreover i played the string bass for 6 years. i don't play it now, but i have my bow of string bass. the color of bow is usually white, but i chose black coz it was more handsome than white one.



before the concert, we could play all musical instrument and NSO's players taught us the way to play. ive come the conert in 2007, or when i was a high school student. i remembered that at that time and i tried to play the stringbass again there. and my sisiter and my mom tried too.

after that i also played the violoncello, ROKOOOOO! the coach said to me that i was a good cellist coz i played the stringbass once, but of course kidding. ;p it was more difficult than playing the stringbass. but, i like its sound like the stringbass. anyway i love sound of basses!!!!!!

when i played the stringbass, i addicted to the club. i dedicated my all youth to the club and the stringbass. i belonged to the wind orchestra for six years. i went to school to practice everyday. i didn't know the start of school coz i went there day by day. the stringbass was my another boyfriend then. <3 i cried, felt happy, laughed, got tired and went mad for the club with a lot of my club friends. beautiful youth doesn't come again. it was my best memory in my life. it was only one time that i strived to win the goal like a competition.

our coach was soooo hard that nobody became lazy. we must practice every day from morning to night. we must not be late and we must not give up. we didn't have vacation. to be honest, all of us were exhausted. and also we conflicted with my friends about the way to practice and attitude.

but i never thought i wanna quit, for i really loved the club, the stringbass, and my friends. i was the leader of BASSES; BASSES includes the stringbasses, Tubas and Euphs. i took responsibility a little bit, but i didn't felt bad thanks to my BASSES friends. it was my big experience in schoolhood. i understood friendship, the stringbass, and the importance of effort. it was my special youth and good days. xx
